This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Vladimir Ivakhnenko on the Apple App Store

By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile application, you (also referred to as the "User") voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy.

1.1. This Policy constitutes an integral part of the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Mobile application. By downloading and utilizing the Mobile application, you fully accept the terms outlined in this Policy.

1.2. The methods for processing Personal Information include actions such as collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with or without automated facilities.

1.3. Terms from the EULA and other agreements with the User are applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.

Personal information

2.1. When using the Mobile application, the User does not actively provide personal information. Vladimir Ivakhnenko does not collect and store data that enables User identification.

2.2. Personal Information, as defined in this Policy, includes the User's email provided during product surveys for users who made purchases in the Mobile application.

2.3. Some third-party services used in our apps may collect anonymized usage data for analytics and functionality purposes.

Third-party software

Third-party software may encompass analytic systems such as 'Adapty' or 'Firebase.' The collected data may include device information, query data, and other details of user activity. The collection and use of this data are subject to the respective third-party privacy policies.

Children's privacy

Vladimir Ivakhnenko does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.

Purposes of personal information processing

Vladimir Ivakhnenko may use Personal Information for communication, marketing, statistical research, and targeting advertising based on depersonalized data.

User's rights

The User has rights to be informed, access, correct, restrict, object, withdraw consent, delete personal data, and receive data for portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting Vladimir Ivakhnenko.

If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about the user's in-app purchase activity. This could include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
